6. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping fees depend on your location:
- Lagos & Ibadan: ₦1,000
- Osun & Ogun: ₦2,000
We are not responsible for courier delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or unreachable customers.
7. Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are accepted only when:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Reported within 24–48 hours of delivery
- Clear photo or video evidence is provided
Non-returnable items:
- Hair accessories
- Innerwear / underwear
- Baby innerwear
- Used or damaged items
Approved returns must be received before replacements or refunds are issued.
8. Refund Policy
Refunds apply only if:
- A purchased item is unavailable
- A return request is approved and item is received in good condition
Refunds take 3–7 working days and may be issued via your original payment method or store credit.

All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦).
